- The clinic is only open to our clients
- The reception/waiting area is not in use – you must wait outside (e.g. in your car)
- We will send you a text message when we are ready for you to enter the building – please ensure that we have your mobile number
- On entering the clinic, you must clean your hands with the provided hand sanitiser
- Do not touch any door handles, furniture, etc. – we will open the doors for you
- We will clean all equipment, door handles, chair, etc. before you arrive and between each client
- A 2m separation between client and therapist is in place at all times
- The on-site toilets are not in use – please try to ensure that you do not need to use them
- On leaving the clinic, you must clean your hands with the provided hand sanitiser
- We have a limited stock of gloves, should you require them during your appointment
